Commencement RESERVATION Program Details
- We limit families to no more than two rooms per night, one parking space per room.
- There is a three-night minimum stay in place during Commencement. The weekend is sold as a package, check-in on Friday, check-out on Monday.
- Room type requests will be filled in order of receipt.
- All reservations must be paid for at the time of making your reservation.
- We accept all major credit cards for payment (no cash, check or debit cards)
- All reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
- On Monday, May 1, 2024, we will begin calling our guests who have accumulated the highest number of room nights.
- Confirmations will be emailed to you for your records.
- We do anticipate that all reservations will be sold by the end of May.
- Anyone that does not qualify for a room will be automatically added to our Commencement wait list.
- Please be patient as this process takes a while to complete.
